- We're targeting the Rampart / Downtown Summerlin corridor. Nothing is signed yet — we'll confirm the block with members before we commit.

- Summerlin · Opening target Spring 2027. The target depends on location selection and a signed lease; the confirmed opening timeline is announced once the location is signed — members hear it first.
- Is the coffee shop open to the public?
- Yes. Anyone can walk in and order. The lounge, dedicated desks and meeting rooms behind it are for members.
- What's included with membership?
- Workspace access, gigabit Wi-Fi with no time limits, drip coffee and hot tea, member pricing on espresso, and meeting rooms — 4 hours a month included on Unlimited, Resident and Founding memberships, $45/hour on Flex 8.
- How do Founding memberships work?
- 40 spots at $179/month. Your founding rate applies for as long as your membership remains continuously active. Nothing is charged today. We collect payment details roughly two weeks before opening day.
